Important update regarding appointment reminder system

We want to let you know that we are transitioning to a new appointment reminder text messaging system.

During this transition, there will be a temporary lapse in reminder texts from November 7 to December 7.

You can still see all appointments in MyChart.

Please text "START" to 20193 to opt in to our new platform.

At this time, we're only able to assign one phone number as the primary for receiving messages. If you'd like to change which one is primary, just let us know.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we make this upgrade.
