I received a personal referral to Dr. Tiehen from a physician friend when we moved to the area. We have been with her for 3 1/2 years. She is extremely intelligent and has a perfect bedside manner with our son. He feels like she genuinely cares about him. Her diagnosis have been spot on. She is very detail oriented and never misses a beat, her follow up care is never delayed. We have been coming to Pediatrics 5280 for 15 years, my son's whole life. He is on his 3rd PCP with them and we've always been taken care of very well. Mary Kop, MS, PA-C is wonderful at her job. She takes her time to listen, to be proactive in helping, show empathy, to be kind and professional! We think she's probably one of the best in the conventional western approach wellness industry. This office has been a safe place for being a new parent with lots of questions. Mary has been an amazing provider. I appreciate that she always listens and addresses all our concerns in a relatable way. When our son wasn't gaining weight she was super reassuring and came up with practical solutions on what to do. And now he's back on track! I like that they have a nurse line for quick questions when you are in a pinch and don't want to trust WebMD. I have enjoyed that there are two locations in case one office gets busy and our son needs to be seen. We had one billing issue in the beginning but I asked for follow-up and it was resolved in a timely manner.I see negative reviews on here about not being able to be seen same day for a sick visit, but anywhere you go would be the same way during this time with all the sickness in the community. For me, the most important thing is finding an office that cares about your child and we found that here at Pediatrics 5280.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. We took our kids to several other places before settling on this practice. All the doctors are great - we see Dr. Middlemist, but have had wonderful experiences with other providers too. I know they have been crazy busy recently with the bad RSV season we are having, but the staff has been great about answering our questions and getting us an appointment when needed. Everyone is polite and friendly, and the nurses are great with kids!

Our family has been going to Pediatrics 5280 for 13 years now and have always had an excellent experience with everyone we have encountered there. Leisl Young has been our kids primary doctor and she is just so caring with such a sweet nature and we absolutely recommend her!

We have been taken care of by Dr. Bouzarelos since 2012 and couldn't be happier. He has a great bedside manner with the kids and is fun to chat with as a adult. He is serious about his role as a pediatrician, but also has a great sense of humor to make appointments fun. He is quick and efficient, but still takes the time to get to know you and for you to get to him. He gives advice, but never judges or makes you feel like you're parenting all wrong. We love Dr. B! All the nurses and other office staff we've interacted with have been great as well. Even at their busiest, no one is ever dismissive or rude. They pick up the phone without having to navigate a confusing answering machine. They return calls quickly and do their best to squeeze you into appointments that day. They even have weekend hours! I've referred my family and friends to Pediatrics 5280, and they've all been equally happy with the care they receive!

Dr. Jones-Bamman and the entire staff including nurses, other pediatricians, and the front desk have been such a blessing to our family. We are SO lucky to be at this practice. Dr. Jones-Bamman was especially integral in the newborn phase for us. We are new parents and our sweet little guy was not eating. She immediately had a room ready for us at the Children’s Hospital NICU so he could get the care he needed. We will forever be grateful for that. Since then we have continued to be in the best of hands with her. Additionally, the front desk staff has been tremendously helpful with getting last minute sick visits in and we have felt very comfortable with other pediatricians when Dr. Jones-Bamman was unavailable for a last minute request from us. Thank you thank you Pediatrics 5280! Wholeheartedly recommend their care.

We switched to 5280 from a different pediatrician office after several subpar visits with our first daughter… we now have a newborn and have been SO pleased and thankful for the improved care for both our toddler and newborn at 5280! Both Leslie and Dr. Puccio have been great with our girls, I’m thankful we switched to their practice.

Dr Caitlin Jones-Bamman is my life saver. I have been to several pediatricians and she by far is the best in every single way. It’s obvious she cares deeply for my son and her patients and always goes above and beyond to answer my questions and deliver exceptional medical care. Her knowledge is outstanding and she is the kindness human being I have ever met. I feel so lucky to have met Dr Caitlin and my son absolutely adores her and so do I. I am an avid reader and stay up to date on pediatric medical literature and I am always so impressed with her knowledge of the best and up to date gold standard treatments and highest quality of care. We are so lucky to have her as our doctor!

I cannot recommend Dr. Jones Bamman at Pediatrics 5280 highly enough. She is incredibly kind, caring, and considerate, always taking the time to truly listen and make all my children and myself feel comfortable. Her warm demeanor instantly puts me at ease, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Beyond her bedside manner, Dr. Jones Bamman is also extremely intelligent and thorough in her approach and she explains things clearly, answers every question with patience, and ensures that nothing is overlooked. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines both compassion and expertise, but Dr. Jones- Bamman, and all the other doctors here, embody both. I am so lucky to have found this group of wonderful pediatricians!!

Wow Dr Caitlin Jones-Bamman is truly a God-send. My daughter and I love her and she has been our pediatrician ever since she was born. I am very picky with who I select for our doctors and Dr Caitlin is the best doctor I have ever had (and I’m speaking from experience). I’m a doctor myself and can be highly critical of other doctors and she always has the best bedside manner, takes her time with us and answers all my questions with loving patience and compassion and kindness and it’s obvious that she does this work because of her love of children. It’s very rare to find a pediatrician like her. I hope she will continue to be our doctor till my daughter becomes an adult.

I can’t say enough great things about this office and its providers. We usually see Dr. Puccio, and she is truly wonderful. We also recently saw Dr. Tiehen for a sick visit, and she provided such thoughtful, unrushed care. I never have to wait for scheduled appointments, they always find a way to fit us in for sick visits, and it’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the kids. I highly recommend this office and specifically, Dr. Puccio and Dr. Tiehen.

I take my son to see Mary Kop. I can not express how much we love her enough. She is so good with my son. She listens to my questions and answers them so thoroughly. She’s so patient, kind, welcoming and sweet. She just exudes so much warmth! Even my adult daughters and I wish she could be our Dr. Highly recommend her. We’ve seen a couple others as well when we couldn’t get in with her and they are also just as lovely ! Can’t go wrong here!

We have been coming here for 10 years--Dr. Tiehen is the best!
